Nuts & Bolts: Lighting

About the Workshop

Much of the artistry in cinematography is the ability to control the lightness and darkness within the frame -- every frame exposed properly as it relates to the world of the story. What affects exposure? How is it controlled? What should be conveyed? Additionally, there are many choices for gear. What is a basis for deciding what is needed? This workshop will focus on equipment use, lighting technique, and theory.
