Stacey Bradshaw

CWVFF Speaker2017

An old-fashioned girl in a modern world, Stacey has often been told that she belongs in her favorite era, the 1940's and '50's. Watching classic films growing up is what first inspired her to become an actress. She started her career on the stage, first in high school plays and then graduating from college with a B.A. in Theatre.

After college, Stacey transitioned from stage to screen. She has played leading and supporting roles in nearly 50 films (notably: Unplanned, Vindication, Polycarp, Touched by Grace, and Sleeper Agent) and has won several Best Actress awards along the way.

Stacey has also launched into the exciting world of voiceover with two Lamplighter Theatre audio dramas - Quicksand and The Hidden Hand. With these projects and her films, she is passionate about helping to tell redemptive stories that will impact the hearts and souls of the audience.

In addition to acting, Stacey loves taking behind-the-scenes photos on film sets. Recently, she has also devoted more time to writing and producing. In April 2020, Stacey wrote, produced, and acted in Pilgrim, the first short film of her own, which won several awards at the Quarantine Film Festival!

Current projects include prepping for the lead role in Beautiful One (filming in Sept.), co-producing and script-consulting on a family friendly murder mystery (the sequel to Mount Hideaway, filming in Nov.), and writing and producing a western feature called Sunset Trail, which she hopes to film in 2021.
