From an early age, Jonathan Wessel has been passionate about telling stories that move and impact people through acting. Jonathan studied the Sanford Meisner acting method in Chicago, along with on-camera and commercial acting classes, which have transformed his acting. He has had the privilege to work in Christian films since 2016, including such films as Happy Together, The Over-Mountain Men: The Price of Freedom, Duel, Night Guard, There, and Counter Column.
As an actor and teacher, he has taught theater and acting for 8 years, working with children and adults alike, and has directed over 20 theatrical productions since 2011. Jonathan also works with a Christian theater company in the Chicago area where he's appeared in such shows as A Tale of Two Cities: The Musical, The Diary of Anne Frank, and The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.
In addition to acting, Jonathan does fight choreography and stunt work for film and theater, having choreographed or performed stunts and fights in multiple films and stage plays.
