Nathan Webster

Nathan’s filmmaking journey started out in still photography, but then he got his hands on a video camera and hasn’t looked back since. Whether he’s editing a feature film, shooting a reality show, or assistant directing a short, his ultimate goal is always to use the power of visual storytelling to communicate truth to the viewer. Over the past ten years he has worked on various projects including The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry, Ace Wonder, Beyond the Mask, and Love Covers All, along with his own feature film The Penny.

Guild Workshop

  • How we made a feature film for $18,000 (and why we won’t do it again) – March 11th, 2:30pm
  • Making a narrative feature film is no easy task, but it’s even more difficult when you only have $18,000 to do it. Using real life numbers and examples from our first feature The Penny, we’ll explain exactly how we pulled off a successful ultra-low budget film, and what we plan to differently on the next one.
